Questions

The things owners ask first.

How is a dedicated team different from a shared answering service?

A shared answering service routes your calls to whichever agent is free, across many client accounts. With Velorus the same specialists answer your line every day, trained on your services and software, and a named Velorus manager reviews their calls against the standard you signed off.

What does an answering service with a dedicated team cost?

It depends on the hours you need covered and your call volume. Tell us both on a call and we will come back with the team and a monthly cost in writing, before anything starts.

Where is the team based and what hours do they work?

Our specialists are based in the Philippines and work the US hours agreed at scoping. That can be your business hours, evenings, weekends or a mix, set around when your calls actually come in.

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams are live in about four weeks. The first week is scoping your calls and writing the call standard, then two to three weeks of selection and training on your software, then the team starts on your line.

Who should be answering your phone?

Bring your call volume and the hours you need covered to a 30 minute call. We will come back with the team and what the first month looks like.
