Privacy policy
This policy explains what Velorus collects when you use velorustalent.com, why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have. It covers this website. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement for that work.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, your work email address, your company name, and whatever you write about the work, the role, or the hiring need.
Call bookings. If you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, your email address, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking, and shares it with us so we can hold the call.
Technical information. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies. We store a small cookie that remembers you have seen our cookie notice, and the booking scheduler sets its own. See our cookie policy for the full list.
We do not ask for sensitive information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange any call you request.
- To prepare a proposal, a costed plan, or a search or program outline when you ask for one.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you filled in a form.
Legal bases for visitors in the UK and European Economic Area
Where these laws apply, we rely on your request (to answer an enquiry or book a call), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the website and in offering an online scheduler on our Book a call page.
Who processes it
- Web hosting and email providers store the website, form submissions, and the email notifications they create.
- Calendly runs the booking scheduler. It loads on the Book a call page, and it handles your data under the Calendly privacy notice.
These providers process data on our behalf. Some of them, and some members of the Velorus team, may be located outside your country, including in the United States and the Philippines. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we reasonably need them to respond, to keep a record of the conversation, and to meet legal obligations. If you become a client, the client agreement sets how long related records are kept. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live, including several US states, the UK, and the European Economic Area, you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections, and access to form submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
