Questions
Because the fee depends on the hours, the coverage window and the work. A part time client services role and a full time bookkeeper are priced differently. Send us the work and a person writes back with a proposed team and its monthly cost within one business day.
Part time is 20 hours a week and full time is 40. Both are a fixed monthly fee for a specialist who works the hours agreed at scoping, trained on your tools and managed by Velorus.
No. The team works for Velorus and we pay them. You pay Velorus one monthly fee for each specialist and get one invoice. Nothing is added to your payroll and there are no timesheets to check.
Tell your manager. If the specialist is not performing against the agreed standard, we replace them within 10 business days at no cost to you. If we cannot place a performing replacement in that window, we credit you for the affected time.
Separately. Direct hire is a search for someone who joins your own payroll, so it is quoted in writing before the search starts.
Tell us the work, how much of it there is and the hours. We will come back with the team and its monthly cost within one business day.
